Mandurah Quays
Located at the mouth of the Peel Inlet, Approx. 30 mins from Blue Manna Boat Hire.
Mandurah Quays is a perfect place to moor up to and grab a bite to eat.
The restaurant is one of the best in the area and bookings are essential. Restaurant closed Monday’s and Tuesday’s but you can still get coffee and cake.
Boundary Island
Located at the entrance to the Peel Inlet, Approx 30 mins from Blue Manna Boat Hire.
Boundary Island is the place to go crabbing! With it’s low level water and sandy beaches, it is ideal for walking around and scoop netting Mandurah’s famous crabs! Or great for a swim.
We recommend at least two hours or more if you want to allow for a swim / crabbing / fishing.
Murray River
The Murray River is a beautiful part of Mandurah ideal for leisurely cruises and also a good place to go fishing for Bream and Tailor. There are plenty of great places to pull into to for lunch or just enjoy the amazing scenery.
Coopers Mill
Located just passed the mouth of the Murray River, Approx. 1hr from Blue Manna Boat Hire.
Coopers Mill is ideal for a picnic or a BBQ. There is barbecue facilities, toilets, children’s playground, shaded areas and grassed areas to enjoy.
We recommend allowing at least 3 hours or more to enjoy the return trip including time for some lunch. You may like to allow a bit longer to really relax on your picnic stop!
Pelican Store
Situated on the Murray River, Pelicans offers you lunch at the store or take away.
Just a 1.5 hour cruise up the Murray River whilst enjoying the scenery and bird life will take you to the Pelican Store.
We recommend allowing 4.5 hours total to enjoy both your trip and lunch or canal viewing.
Sandy Cove Tavern and Cafe
Located in South Yunderup 1.5hrs from Blue Manna Boat hire. A beautiful spot to stop in for lunch or to let the kids have a play in the playground.
The Sandy Cove has a public playground and bbq facility under some beautiful shady trees.
The Sandy Cove Tavern serves up a beautiful pub lunch or you can visit the BYO Cafe right next door. A pretty place to stop or just to grab some supplies and keep moving.
River Resort Tavern
Better known as the RIV. 1.5hrs from Blue Manna Boat Hire.
Beautiful spot on the Murray River to pull in for a good old Pub lunch. Plenty of mooring space out the front.
The Riv has an amazing grassed frontage for the kids to run around on and a Beautiful shallow beach area for the kids to swim.
Ravenswood Tavern (The Ravo)
Situated on the banks of the Murray River, the relaxing Ravenswood Tavern offers an extensive lunch menu or pull in for a pizza and enjoy the grassed areas. There are toilet facilities and seating.
Just a 2 hour cruise up the Murray River whilst enjoying the scenery and bird life will take you to the Ravenswood Tavern.
We recommend allowing 6 hours total to enjoy both your trip and lunch.
